Everyone is always very helpful and nice. I usually go to branch on W 86th St and as soon as they see me walk in they’re saying hello and how can we help you. Also very friendly at this branch. Couldn’t even reliably login to the other more than 3x/year, no matter the # of attempts. I’ve only run into mobile deposit issues and intermittent working on the site so far. So, better than before. Thank you for being a member and for giving the updated app a try! ### 4/5 — Needs credit card activity *2025-08-05* It’s a pretty good app and pretty clean to use, but there needs to be a way to display activity on the app for my credit card just like it shows activity for checking accounts/savings accounts ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-01-03* New “upgrade” is perfect example of why you shouldn’t change what was working. Bill pay is confusing and not intuitive. CU had entered wrong payment addresses and my bills weren’t paid on time, incurred late charges. There’s a current pending hold transaction dated November that I can see on the app but customer service cannot. Seriously, WTH. If upgrades must be made MAKE SURE TO WORK OUT THE BUGS PRIOR TO RELEASING. ### 1/5 — Take it back or fix it *2024-12-16, version 4014.2.1* The app before was a no brainer when making vehicle payments, now it is impossible to make payments via app. Had to go through the internet and login and make a vehicle payment. The company needs to fix this issue and make things easier to navigate when making vehicle payments. ### 1/5 — Straight Garbage *2024-12-01, version 4014.2.1* The new website straight garbage. Too many steps to perform an action. Inter-account transfers do not show up or are not usable. It takes multiple clicks on links to get them to work.
