Financial IQ Corporate: real accounting for UK small businesses, on your phone.

Financial IQ is built to be so good you do not need an accountant for the routine work: invoicing, bookkeeping, reconciliation and VAT. Complex tax planning and strategic advice are still a job for a professional, but the everyday running of your business finances belongs in your own hands.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Invoicing: create and send professional invoices in seconds, complete with VAT and the cost centre, project or fund coding your accountant already set up for you.

Bank feeds: connect your business bank accounts and watch transactions flow in automatically, ready to categorise.

Receipts: snap a photo or forward an email and Financial IQ reads the receipt, matches it to a transaction and files it.

Mileage: log business trips as you go and see your HMRC mileage claim build in real time.

Reports: check your revenue, profit and margin for this month and year to date, with a six month trend so you can see where the business is heading.

Multi-company: switch between every business or client you manage from one account.

### 3.0.1 — 2026-08-20

Invoicing fixes:

• Invoice dates are now entered as DD/MM/YYYY. Incomplete or impossible dates are rejected instead of being quietly corrected, so an invoice can no longer be saved with a date you did not type.

• Zero-rated items now show "VAT 0%" on both the new invoice screen and the invoice detail screen, instead of appearing to have no VAT rate.

• Draft invoices no longer offer "Share payment link" or "Record payment", and no longer show as outstanding — nothing is due until you send them.

• The keyboard no longer covers the invoice buttons, form errors appear next to the buttons you just tapped, and small controls are easier to hit.

This update brings a full refresh across the app.

- Invoices now show cost centre, project and fund coding when your company uses them, and VAT only appears if you're VAT registered
- Money page groups your accounts by type (current, savings, petty cash and more) with a clear balance breakdown
- Reports has a new look: revenue, profit and margin at a glance, plus a six month trend
- Fixed an issue where some invoices would not open
- Fixed accounts that were never connected to a bank showing a false "fix connection" warning
- Smoother, more reliable bank connections and receipt handling throughout

This update introduces a new Invoice experience.

- Replaced the Reports tab with a new Invoices tab
- Create sales invoices quickly on the go and sync them directly into Financial IQ
- Save invoices as Draft or Issue them immediately
- VAT is now selected from your configured VAT rates
- VAT fields only appear for VAT-registered companies
- Open existing invoices to move Draft to Issued and send issued invoices

Also includes a refreshed app icon and general improvements.
