I don’t have access to the account on the Finabien App, Broxel app, nor the website. The app was working fine when I first used it (last year) and I got around $100 stolen. The fraud team acted quickly and I got my money back. I thought it was a trustworthy company. The IT team however, seems to have issues resolving the bugs in their app. I need access to my account now!
