I was struggling with home buying process, learning that my agent wasn't doing a great job. Not giving me answers, which was frustrating. I came across the NEXME, and at first I didn't believe that I would actually get money back. It was simple, I used the app and requested agent whenever I wanted to go house hunting. I didn't have to schedule different time slots with an agent, but to just see the house when I wanted to and this saved me a lot of time. NEXME had connection with different mortgage company, that they can give a credit for closing which was another bonus. At the end of the experience I got an AMAZING house with great price and great deal, the house I chose was a bit out of my price range (for closing and down payment money) but because of NEXME's 2% back I the dream house I wanted. I have already been raving about the experience to family and friends along with anyone I see that are looking at houses. Thank you for giving me an easy experience. We listed our home at 1% commission, and our NEXME agent partner worked closely with us to make sure we were listing at the right price. We got multiple offers in the first week! Requested an agent received a call within 5 seconds and Stepan met me at the property within 20 minutes. I was absolutely stunned how fast the process was, it’s literally the Uber of Realestate. He was a pleasure to work with. He wasn’t pushy, very informative and best of all transparent through the whole process. He showed us 8+ homes and when we finally chose the one we wanted he broke down what every buyer wants to know; how much is coming out of pocket upfront and will it be within my monthly budget. He broke down all the fees and confirmed that I will be getting back the 2% rebate and how that could go towards closing cost and the down payment. Overall my buying experience was phenomenal, I received 2% back and I didn’t have to sacrifice it for a mediocre realestate agent. NexMe fulfilled my needs and I would recommend it to anyone that is thinking of buying a house. The real estate agents called me right away when I requested a tour on the app. They were very nice and not pushy. Nexme also called to follow up my requests, they really cared about how I feel. When first looking to get a tour, I was connected quickly with my agent Tom from Nexus Realty who I really enjoy working with. He’s very knowledgeable about the homes I tour and gives great advice and points things out that I didn’t even notice. He also doesn’t make me feel rushed into buying a home and helps me take the time to find the perfect place for my family.
