## What is FinCalci?

FinCalci is a full-featured financial calculator for people who work with numbers professionally — real estate agents structuring deals, financial advisors modeling retirement outcomes, loan officers comparing offers, accountants, and individual investors managing their own retirement and investment decisions with real rigor.

The core calculator keeps all five time-value-of-money variables — N, I/Y, PV, PMT, and FV — visible and editable at once, rather than cycling through a single register the way traditional financial calculators require. Solve for any variable from the other four in one tap.

Beyond TVM, FinCalci includes 54 additional calculators across six categories: amortization, bonds, cash flow (NPV/IRR), and depreciation under Core Finance; 401(k), Roth conversion, RMD, Social Security, and asset allocation for retirement planning; a complete loan and mortgage comparison suite; investment and savings tools; equity valuation (CAPM, WACC, Black-Scholes); and everyday calculators covering credit, auto financing, tax, and unit conversion.

Seven calculators — TVM, Amortization, Retirement Planner, Loan Comparison, Compound Interest, Credit Card Payoff, and Tip Calculator — are included at no cost, permanently. The remaining 48 are available with FinCalci Pro, offered as a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription.

FinCalci operates entirely on-device. There are no user accounts, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs of any kind — the only network activity is Apple's own purchase processing when you subscribe to Pro.
