Overall, the experience is good, but I frequently face issues where the app doesn’t open properly. There are occasional server problems, and sometimes profiles, messages, and reviews do not load or display correctly. For something as important as matchmaking, the app is shockingly unreliable. The biggest issue is stability. The app frequently gets stuck, profiles don’t load properly, and matches sometimes lead to blank screens. It feels buggy and unfinished, which makes the whole experience frustrating. I also purchased the premium version expecting better results, but that turned out to be a complete waste. In three days, I’ve only seen around three profiles. At this point, it’s hard to believe this is just a profile issue—this feels misleading. When users are paying for premium features, they expect real visibility and matches, not an almost empty experience. The pricing would make sense if the app actually delivered, but right now it feels like users are being misled into paying for features that don’t provide value. If you're experiencing this, it's likely device or connectivity related. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? That usually resolves most issues. If not, email us and I'll look into your account personally. On premium and profile volume: I need to correct something here. Premium unlocks features like chat, seeing who liked you, and priority visibility. The number of profiles you see depends on your filter settings and the available pool within your criteria. Try expanding your age range or location preferences. On "misleading" and "poorly managed": That's simply not accurate. We're a small, bootstrapped team building something meaningful for our community. We respond to every query, fix bugs quickly, and ship improvements constantly. Calling it "misleading" because the pool doesn't meet your expectations isn't fair. We're here to help if you're facing real issues. Sorry but no one is going to pay this high amount just to find a partner. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for the feedback. Our 3-month plan works out to ₹14/day—less than a chai. For something as important as finding a life partner, we think that's fair. It also filters out non-serious users, which means better quality matches for those who are genuinely looking.
