When trying to find what you have saved in the app it brings up anything but that

I couldn’t find my device, which I still can’t find. I thought this would help me but no, it would say it’s close and when I got closer, it will say it was far away and it’s super slow and you literally have to pay just to find your device,ridiculous!!
