## What is Find Asset?

Find Asset is the companion app to the Find Asset asset-management platform.
Your organization signs up and manages its plan on the web; this app is where your team works with assets every day.

With Find Asset you can:
• Register assets with IDs, categories, departments and locations
• Assign assets to people and track custody with check-in / check-out
• Scan QR and barcode labels with the camera to pull up any asset instantly
• Set up locations with GPS geofences and see scan activity on a map
• Schedule and record maintenance, and keep an audit trail of every change
• Manage users across roles — administrators, managers, recorders, employees and label designers — with role-based access
• Run asset, assignment, maintenance, inventory and financial reports
• Get notifications about assignments, movements and account activity
• Delete your own account and data from inside the app at any time

Accounts are created by your organization's administrator. Subscription and billing are handled on the Find Asset website, not in this app — the app contains no purchases.
