### 4/5 — Response time is great. However…

*2025-09-05*

It would be great if there was a way to cancel the request as sometimes the issue gets resolved and I feel guilty for making a request and don’t want to waste the time of the response team.

### 2/5 — Anyone there??

*2025-05-12*

Over a period of 48 hours I’ve reported an overtime parked car in a 30 min load zone with no acknowledgment or response. Four other reports of parking by a hydrant/stop sign/no parking zone on four separate occupances
have also been ignored. What’s up? Is Find It Fix It still operable?

### 2/5 — App only lets me submit if connected to WiFi

*2024-10-16*

The app will not let me submit reports on cellular data, only when I’m connected to WiFi (yes, I’ve verified cellular data is enabled). This makes it almost useless, as the scope is for SDOT ROW, and there’s very little WiFi in the middle of the road.

### 2/5 — Categories are useless for many issues.

*2024-09-17*

Location map doesn’t allow search. Very few categories compared to the variety of issues facing our city. Only 3 stars on app store. Sorry to be so critical, but there is no excuse for such a poorly managed app.

### 1/5 — Find it, ignore it

*2024-08-20*

This app is completely useless. The city just uses it to pretend they care about cleaning things up. All reports get closed immediately without fixing the issues or ignored entirely. Don’t waste your time expecting city officials to do their jobs.

### 4/5 — Not bad at all

*2024-07-10*

And if we used it, City would improve it.

(Tho I am also a bit puzzled by the complaints.)

### 2/5 — No Response

*2024-06-08*

The app is a cool idea and works great for submitting issues, but there is no detail or communication after you submit. My case was just marked “closed” one day and there were no details. Even a single sentence would be nice. That was disappointing as I had hope for this app.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2024-06-07*

This is a waste of taxpayer dollars. The city does no follow up or take action on abandoned car reports. After 60 days it all expires and you get a message saying “no action possible” and case closed. Why would the city would spend money on an app to report things when it doesn’t have capacity to solve anything? Not surprising, but still frustrating.

### 1/5 — App support?

*2024-02-15, version 6.4.7*

You’re kidding right?

### 1/5 — Useless app!

*2024-02-05, version 6.4.7*

Other than reporting damaged or not working streetlights, nothing else works.

### 3/5 — Categories don’t fit all problems

*2023-10-13*

I walked by a city electrical or some sort of cable box, and it was wide-open with wires were hanging everywhere. But when you’re in the app, there’s no category for this. Or, another example is construction damage to roads, which isn’t a pothole issue, but more about the crappy job they did filling damage to the roads, almost making it worse. Where do I report that?

### 1/5 — App doesn’t work

*2023-07-01*

First the map picks and address about a mile away from where it located me. Then it never allows the submit button to be active. There is t a place to report problems with the app.
It kind of makes you think they don’t want to receive the reports.

### 1/5 — Lack of oversight

*2023-04-23, version 6.4.4*

Requests for service are ignored. This app desperately needs oversight and accountability. Taxpayer dollars are being blatantly wasted on this app.

### 1/5 — It won’t open

*2023-02-03, version 6.4.2*

It won’t open. It doesn’t work

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Forget It

*2026-08-24*

I’ve reported a variety of issues around Belltown. Illegal dumping, tent farms with open use of crack, Lime bikes speeding down sidewalks dodging pedestrians. Nothing is ever done to correct the issues. Seattle is a joke. Thanks City Hall for driving away hard working people to the suburbs or other west coast city’s willing to address their self created problems.

### 1/5 — Summary is spot on, pointless

*2026-01-30*

City of Seattle doesn’t do their “fix it” part, and they removed the most needed parking violation report, because the city doesn’t provide services to citizens. Not worth getting your hopes up that something will be done by your city government.

### 1/5 — Nothing ever happens

*2026-01-07*

This app is sue candy… reprint issues that the city NEVER cares about .. Turing to reports it the app pushes you to customer service and NO ONE At the city cares or does anything maybe alot hole bit nothing else

### 1/5 — No list of reports and no map?

*2025-12-06*

This seems fundamentally broken in basic ways.

### 1/5 — This app is a joke

*2025-09-28*

The app exists to create the appearance that Seattle cares about people, they do nothing to address issues with sidewalks and accessibility.
Don’t bother with this app they don’t pay attention and you’re just wasting your time.

If they cared they would audit the system they are in charge of and preemptively take action.
These folks hate humans, particularly impaired ones.

### 1/5 — No follow-up

*2025-08-25*

I used the app to report a parking violation. Case was then closed without any stated reason or follow-up. So in my case...useless.

### 1/5 — Closed my ticket with no response

*2025-07-17, version 6.4.22*

Reported an illegally parked vehicle with photo proof and they closed the ticket without explanation.

### 1/5 — Can’t sign out

*2025-01-09, version 6.4.7*

Can’t sign out

### 1/5 — Good idea poor execution

*2024-11-16*

Reports often closed at random, without resolution. Sometimes repeated reports will get it fixed, sometimes not. Provide feedback on WHY you are closing the ticket

### 1/5 — City does nothing

*2024-10-06*

No reports are ever addressed. The streets of Seattle are a mess, figuratively and literally. No point using this app as they never fix anything.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app.

*2025-06-17*

Awesome that we have this as a city. App works great.

### 5/5 — It works

*2024-06-13*

I’ve reported a lot of issues like dead animals and illegal dumping. The issues are normally solved within a few days.

Just because an issue is closed doesn’t mean they’re ignoring it! I had a safety issue and tripping hazard I reported closed with seemingly no resolution. Then, I got a call from the city a couple days later asking for some additional information, so they could fix it. It seems issues may be closed when they’re routed to an appropriate department rather than when their fixed which seems to be the primary source of confusion

### 5/5 — Great App with Excellent Potential

*2024-02-26, version 6.4.7*

I have used this app for years to report everything from graffiti to stolen cars to hazardous materials from homeless encampments. The city does a great job fixing this stuff up quickly.

My main critique is that this app needs to be promoted more via posters, billboards, Spotify, online ads, and more. An app is only as good as its user base, and most friends and family that I have talked with had never heard of this app before.

The other criticism that I have is that the team does need to always follow through with cleaning up the graffiti, fixing damaged roads, or removing debris to the full extent that it is actually there. It is frustrating to share a picture of some new ugly graffiti at a park, but only a small part of what is shown is actually cleaned up, and/or the rest of the park that has a lot more graffiti is left unchanged. Please try to do as much as you can while you are there - follow the broken window theory. Fix up as much as you can while you are there, don’t stick with the bare minimum.

I know that keeping the city in top-notch condition is a massive undertaking, I so try to share this app with everyone I know so that we can have a cleaner, healthier, and more beautiful city. Thank you to the City of Seattle for creating this app!

### 5/5 — Love the version 6 update!

*2023-03-28, version 6.4.4*

I wish every city had an app like this. It makes it easy to do your part.

### 5/5 — Usually effective

*2023-02-16, version 6.4.2*

I’ve used this app three times. The first 2 got fixed almost immediately. I’ve also recently reported a leaking fire hydrant. That isn’t fixed yet, but I’m hopeful. I do recommend this app. It usually works quickly.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2023-02-02, version 6.4.2*

I found this app to be very user-friendly and I’m glad the city uses it to track data and respond to complaints. Really appreciate not having to call to report things.

### 5/5 — Amazing resource

*2022-10-19, version 3.25.0*

This app is an amazing resource for graffiti and litter cleanup. Ignore the 1-star reviews from people who are expecting the app to magically fix problems that the city itself can't.

### 5/5 — Convenient & fast communication with the city

*2022-09-01, version 3.25.0*

Looks like most all the low ratings are rants from people venting about the current state of the city. This app works very well, simple, intuitive, a very good way to efficiently communicate various common issues spotted in the streets of Seattle. I’ve fou t the crew on the other side of the app to be very responsive, either fixing dangerous potholes within a couple days, for instance, or quickly getting back to me to explain what was going on.
No, it’s not a panacea, all pet peeves won’t always get fixed - through no fault of this app.
Thanks for opening this handy communication channel between citizens and civil servants.

### 5/5 — Stop Gossiping: Start Reporting the Issues

*2022-05-24, version 3.25.0*

Our family with two kids live in a great seattle neighborhood with neat parks and lots of things to do. We LOVE using this app so we can productively file our concerns about illegal encampments, litter piling up, illegal parking, and illegal dumping to the city. We find it very effective in addressing the issues we see and they do get addressed. When they don’t, we submit another ticket. It works. Stop gossiping on next door and do something that can be truly tracked. You can help our neighborhoods be safe for families.

### 5/5 — This works. Complaining does nothing without action.

*2022-01-15, version 3.25.0*

I have used this app to report my street for icy conditions. Signs were put up within hours.
I have reported many pothole and steer issues and all have been fixed within days. So e potholes were even filled to cover the few days before the road was completely re paved.
