Also I NEVER remember the name of the app, even as I type this I’ve already forgotten it, I always have to go to the App Store and search for tower hamlets ### 4/5 — Accuracy of locations is an Issue *2023-01-14, version 4.3.1* The map function regularly states the wrong street, and cannot be easily changed. Replies just come by email. Now this could be a better app but the real issue is at the Tower Hamlets end. Receive email to tell me the job has been passed to a contractor (usually within 24hrs) but the job doesn't get done. Have re-reported issues many times and tried to chase up issues but nothing.
