You’re much better off using any of the free services. The company cancellation practices are also very shady. You click to cancel but they don’t process the cancellation and then refuse to issue a refund. It churns and churns, something never getting to the next screen. It takes forever to complete a task. When you sign up, you think it's for a period of time, but really it's for the subscription time when they can charge your account. They didn't notify me prior to charging for the next 3 months. I asked for a refund and they said no. I have not found the service useful for the year I paid for and they are now sending me to collections over the auto-renew invoice. When I complained to customer support, I suddenly got a generic recruiter request for contact from the other side of the country. Not a job. I especially like being able to filter the jobs based on my expertise. (Target city is Boston? Here’s a job in California!) Some text fields won’t accept text.
