## Newest reviews (4 of 20)

### 1/5 — Very slow

*2016-02-15, version 2.1*

Will not scroll therefore can't navigate through the pages to select, view or apply. Concept good but has bugs.

### 1/5 — Doesn't scroll

*2016-01-12, version 2.1*

The app and the site don't work on my phone

### 1/5 — This app is a fraud

*2015-12-08, version 2.0*

Do not use it - it's a fraud and a very expensive one!

### 1/5 — KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR STATEMENT

*2015-09-08, version 1.3.1*

Disingenuous
Overcharge won't honor their agreement
after cancellation they keep charging
Seems most people have had to cancel their cards
Most jobs are not there or on job search already
If you find a job on the basic it seems to disappear after you buy the premium
Do your research for this Service

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Stay away-no ROI

*2023-12-24*

They are leeching off your membership & do not provide commiserate value. Use other more reputable job boards for your career search.

### 1/5 — Rip off

*2020-09-21, version 3.0*

They keep charging you even after you cancel the subscription

### 1/5 — High price, no value

*2020-04-09, version 3.0*

That about says it all.

### 1/5 — Shady business very few jobs

*2020-04-05, version 3.0*

Jobs postings are scarce. You’re much better off using any of the free services.

The company cancellation practices are also very shady. You click to cancel but they don’t process the cancellation and then refuse to issue a refund. Stay away.

### 1/5 — Premium Member

*2020-02-04, version 3.0*

Can’t login to the app. Really?

### 1/5 — The worst I’ve seen

*2018-09-21, version 2.2*

The program is very glitchy. It churns and churns, something never getting to the next screen. It takes forever to complete a task. Hard to use and too many problems to be a real contender in this industry.

### 1/5 — underwhelming service, set up to scam you

*2017-01-14, version 2.2*

The service is USELESS, returning useless, nonsense leads in free mode while emailing mercilessly to solicit a paid subscription which I would not do. App deleted after 10 days.

### 1/5 — Disheartening

*2016-10-31, version 2.2*

They state they want to help you find a job, but really they want your subscription money. When you sign up, you think it's for a period of time, but really it's for the subscription time when they can charge your account. They didn't notify me prior to charging for the next 3 months. I asked for a refund and they said no. It's disheartening that there are companies like this out there.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2016-10-19, version 2.2*

This service is useless over priced and their auto renew policy is predatory. I have not found the service useful for the year I paid for and they are now sending me to collections over the auto-renew invoice. Stay away from this company.

### 1/5 — Disgruntled

*2016-04-08, version 2.1*

Scam. Do not pay for this service. 0 views in months. When I complained to customer support, I suddenly got a generic recruiter request for contact from the other side of the country. Not a job. Just a generic "put you in our database " request

## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Much easier to navigate

*2015-11-24, version 2.0*

Updated the app and the new features make the job search much more user friendly. I especially like being able to filter the jobs based on my expertise. Definitely looking forward to finding a new career soon!

### 5/5 — Very useful app for transitioning military

*2015-08-08, version 1.3.1*

Great when you are new to the employment market.

### 4/5 — Good leads; needs more value add in follow through

*2015-09-03, version 1.3.1*

I see dozens of potential jobs and sometimes apply but the system appears to be fully automated. It could sense the jobs I choose and update my preferences accordingly.

### 2/5 — Pretty buggy

*2019-07-26, version 3.0*

The app lags, the filtering tools don’t seem to do anything when you try to select a particular city. (Target city is Boston? Here’s a job in California!) Some text fields won’t accept text. Needs a lot of work.

### 2/5 — It's OK

*2016-05-26, version 2.1*

I like how it works, but nothing ever comes of it.

### 2/5 — Time consuming to set up; just got promotional email

*2014-09-17, version 1.1*

The drop down for skills slowed down and kept defaulting to German words unrelated to my skills, and it seemed like it was just not built correctly.

I got through it but received a lot of promotional messages (here's what a recruiter MIGHT be looking at you for) but it didn't go anywhere.
