HOW TO FIND YOUR LOST DEVICE: Open & Scan: Launch EarBuddy and grant Bluetooth access. The app will immediately start scanning for nearby signals. Enable Precision: Tap on your device. For the best results, allow "Always" location access so EarBuddy can track your movement accurately on the map. Follow the Signal: Walk around slowly. For a Bluetooth finder to work, the lost earbuds must have remaining battery life and be actively broadcasting a signal. If they are completely dead, outside of Bluetooth range, or sealed inside a closed charging case, they cannot be detected. Please also ensure you granted the app Bluetooth permissions. Well it tried to take money from my account. Fast forward 6 months later this app was able to charge my account. Within 1 hour I requested my refund stating I never authorized this transaction and yet was still denied. Basically all I’m say is it’s wrong of this app to say a trial period exists because there is no trial period cause they misrepresented what a trial period means. **Developer response:** Dear User, We understand your frustration and would like to clarify how our subscription and trial process works.
