## What is Find My Focus?

Not another focus app! Find My Focus does not attempt to force you into focus mode, instead, it's goal is to establish honest data on when you naturally have peaks and valleys in your focus, so that you can plan your day around your natural best focus time.

Find My Focus asks one question: could you do focused work right now? Answer Easily, If I pushed, or Not right now from the Lock Screen notification, the Log tab, or Apple Watch.

No account to create. No in-app purchases.
Entries stay on your devices and sync privately through your iCloud when CloudKit is enabled.

What you get
• Interactive prompts during your active hours
• One-tap logging from iPhone and Apple Watch
• Patterns charts when you want to look back
• Export your data to CSV
