The app never stopped jumping back and forth between warm and cold. It never indicated I was “hot” and close to my hearing aids. I knew I was close, because my phone could pick up the signal as to % charge of the battery. When it did not work I put in a request, and they did not reply. Battery went dead so finding my hearing aids is no longer possible. Just knowing that Bluetooth was connected using Apple Watch helped me find a 30-foot proximity but-grassy field. This helped me get to the square meter that mattered.
