### 4/5 — Like Most of It But…

*2026-06-18, version 15.0.10*

I like the videos, I think they’re extensive and the cost of the subscription aligns with the amount and variety of resources. However, I wish we got a reminder email before a yearly subscription renews. Turns out I had the date wrong and I got charged $130 when I was planning on taking a break from the subscription because I need new tires. Used to get multiple email reminders ahead of renewal. Buyer beware- place a reminder in your calendar.

### 2/5 — New Updates

*2026-01-19, version 15.0.3*

Unfortunately the new updates on this app have removed some benefits for members. You now have to navigate between the website and the app to access both calendars instead of combining the two like before. I have contacted customer service and they just give me links to both. Its annoying.

### 3/5 — App seems buggy

*2026-01-04, version 15.0.2*

I used it last year and rejoined Again this month. Seems the buttons on the screen like back and airplay won’t respond. If I leave full screen it works.

### 2/5 — App ruined by new look

*2025-12-24, version 15.0.2*

This was a fantastic app until they recently changed it and now things don’t work, even after a lot of updates. Seems a beta version was released to the users who pay for it rather than an app that actually works. Bad experience so far

### 3/5 — Disappointing

*2025-12-19, version 15.0.1*

Every time there is an update (seems increasingly frequently) it’s to make it less user friendly. Starting to lose its soul - also not allowing me to cancel in the app. It’s a shame. I have found it really helpful but it’s becoming like every other offering out there

### 3/5 — Love the yoga but not the app update

*2025-12-15, version 15.0.0*

The recent app update, for Apple TV anyway, removed the collections by length, which I used a lot. It’s also harder to read how long each session is due to the black on dark grey. Hope you’ll fix this! It at least loaded much more quickly/didn’t seem to get stuck scrolling down the screen.

### 3/5 — Glitchy app

*2025-01-16, version 10.20.1*

The app is glitchy and requires monthly subscription. Community fawns all over it instead of expecting it to work well. I was happy paying for it when new content was made for free to non subscribers weekly but now that’s like monthly… if you’re going to charge, provide functionality as expected

### 2/5 — No option for reminders

*2024-12-12, version 10.20.1*

I primarily signed up for the app because I wanted it to help me practice yoga more regularly and I assumed that once I signed up for a challenge or series within it I would get notifications. There are notifications once you open the app (but even then their not easy to find) but not push notifications so I still forget to practice.

I originally thought this was a bug or I’d set up the app incorrectly (I have push notifications turned on etc) but I put in a help request and the app developer confirmed that the app doesn’t have push notifications for this purpose and cc’d the FWFG team for their response but they never responded.

### 2/5 — Videos are great. App is terrible.

*2024-11-29, version 10.20.1*

I honestly don’t know why I pay $100 a year for access to this. I often find myself just going to YouTube because the app will not play videos Just now. I was in a playlist for videos and got a message that I was not able to view a video, but when I searched for the same video in the app itself, it played fine. It’s really disappointing.

### 2/5 — Apple TV version downgraded

*2024-04-03, version 9.17.0*

Some features got lost with the last update.
The new auto-play function at the end of the video when usually in sukasana is a horrible experience and counter intuitive. The write ups on the videos are not legible and truncates before finishing - resulting in having to use another device to read it.

### 3/5 — Generally nice but too little and not diverse content.

*2023-11-25, version 8.15.0*

The app is generally nice and Adrienne amazing but for the money it is quite poor, little diversity, poorly categorized, not very intuitive and surely not user friendly. nothing you cannot find on youtube for free, besides her vlogs. There are apps that provide more at same price or cheaper. Hope it will change soon…

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Great content, garbage app

*2026-02-05, version 15.0.3*

This used to be an intuitive and straightforward app to use. Since the update 2 months ago, using the app is a highly frustrating experience. Dealing with their support team is fairly ineffective. I’ve been a paying member for years, and I feel that the niceness of this app is gone. If you want to pay for membership, I’d wait until they fix the many, many problems.

### 1/5 — Appmageddon

*2026-02-05, version 15.0.3*

FWFG trashed the app two months ago and started from scratch. The new platform is a disaster. The communication has been dismissive and fixes are nonexistent.

### 1/5 — Updates have made this almost useless

*2026-01-06, version 15.0.2*

The updates have removed base functionality that users loved and used frequently. Support does not answer emails.

### 1/5 — horrible update - no more playlists?!

*2025-12-13, version 15.0.0*

How can you make an update for an app and take away a basic feature - the ability to make your own playlists! this is horrible

### 1/5 — New UI needs work

*2025-12-12, version 15.0.0*

I have always loved this app and, most importantly, the content. But this latest update was a complete regression rather than an improvement. Streaks no longer exist, apparently. My calendar no longer updates. Videos now auto play (no thanks). Content searching yields results that are nowhere near complete. Personally, I’d much rather have a less ‘slick’ looking UI that has full functionality.

### 1/5 — Don’t bother without a subscription

*2025-11-13, version 14.28.0*

There’s no way that I can find to filter or search for the free videos. And every video I’ve tried prompts me to subscribe before I can watch it. This is useless without signing up for the subscription.

### 1/5 — Nothing but problems

*2025-10-22, version 14.27.0*

The app worked seamlessly for the last couple years, now nothing but problems whether using my Android device or my MacBook Pro. On the Android, videos will freeze, so it’s unusable. On my MacBook, I’m not even able to scroll the length of the page or see all my curated playlists I’ve spent the last few years making. The content itself is 5 stars, the app itself -5.

### 1/5 — Save your money

*2024-06-24, version 10.18.0*

Don’t get the app; the app is garbage.

Just do the videos for free on YouTube.

The app is total garbage.

### 1/5 — New app made me cancel longstanding subscription

*2024-01-02, version 8.15.0*

I cancelled my longstanding subscription a couple weeks ago because the new app is so bad on my [new and updated] iPad. Everything is weirdly sized…elements cover other elements during replay. Ugh. It’s such a shame! The content is so good!

I understand the objective to create a bigger community focus, but the main purpose of this app is ultimately the easy and intuitive access of a large video library. I’m not sure what happened or what decisions were made during the revamp, but the app is now *less* useful and *less* intuitive than it was before with regards to its main purpose. That’s not good.

### 1/5 — New update broken (crash on opening)

*2023-11-20, version 8.15.0*

Please repair the new update. It crashes when it lowers. I just updated this app and it no longer works. I've tried everything. So sad

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Happy user

*2026-02-12, version 15.0.5*

I am very grateful for this app. Note that this app is really meant for subscribers. The only real downside for me is wanting to spend time in the community section, but at the same time knowing it is still social media. It’s still taking me away from real life. But I do like the connections. It’s a supportive community of wonderful people. Beyond that, the resources for yoga along with bonus fitness, meditation, soundbath, breath work options is wonderful! And ad free of course. Some in this community seem to get frustrated with change. I’m guessing it’s a vocal minority being a squeaky wheel. Yes there are bugs, but they listen to the users and work things out in a respectable amount of time

### 5/5 — My yoga friend

*2026-02-11, version 15.0.5*

I was introduced to Adriene and Benji during lockdown and haven’t looked back. There is something to meet me where I am at every day.

### 5/5 — I love FWFG

*2026-02-11, version 15.0.5*

Ever since the pandemic, I’ve shifted my practice to FWFG. There are so many options and yoga styles for all. This app really covers all aspects of yoga and kindness for your body. We need this kindness in this current angry world.

### 5/5 — The Best

*2026-01-09, version 15.0.3*

This app is incredible! Yoga for literally everything with kindness and compassion. It makes me feel more relaxed and it’s always there for you through it all. It’s a great place to find some peace and take time for yourself.

### 5/5 — Life changing!

*2025-12-18, version 15.0.1*

A fantastic app with a wide variety of yoga and meditation sessions. The monthly calendar makes it so easy to follow pre-planned session and buying the membership gives extras like early access to new classes. No matter my mood, I can find classes that meet it—challenging to restorative. Can sort and search by area of focus (ouch, my pesky shoulders!), duration, instructor, etc. New updates make it even more user-friendly.

### 5/5 — The best yoga app

*2025-12-17, version 15.0.1*

All instructors are great

### 5/5 — find the best yoga app

*2025-11-03, version 14.28.0*

i am training with FWFGY for many years. Adrienne is amazing but i also like the other teachers which bring along their own skills and knowledge

### 5/5 — Medicine For The Soul

*2025-07-05, version 13.24.0*

In a landscape saturated with fitness and wellness apps that often tout the latest trends or promote a one-size-fits-all approach, Find What Feels Good (FWFG) stands out by prioritizing authenticity and accessibility. This app isn't about chasing fleeting trends or creating an illusion of perfection — it's about honoring individual needs, feelings, and realities.

What truly sets FWFG apart is its emphasis on genuine connection. The platform offers a diverse array of practices—from yoga and meditation to movement and self-care—that are rooted in realness. The instructors and content creators come across as approachable, relatable, and committed to sharing practices that support real lives, not just curated images or idealized lifestyles. This creates a welcoming environment where users can feel safe to explore their own wellness journey without judgment or pressure.

Accessibility is woven into the fabric of the app. Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing for years, FWFG offers content that is inclusive and adaptable. You don’t need fancy equipment or a specific space—many sessions are designed to be practiced anywhere and at any level. The emphasis is on feeling good in your body and mind, not fitting into a certain aesthetic or achieving a perfect pose.

Moreover, the community aspect fosters a sense of connection rather than competition. The focus on self-awareness and self-care over superficial trends makes FWFG a refreshing alternative to more superficial wellness platforms. It encourages users to listen to their own bodies and feelings, making wellness a truly personal and accessible experience.

In summary, Find What Feels Good champions realness and accessibility in a crowded market. It’s an inviting space where genuine self-care is prioritized over trendy appearances, making wellness approachable and sustainable for all.
