"The Find Your Place App is here! Bespoke app for our tenants to accommodate their tenancy needs.

Welcome to Find Your Place. Established in 2004 (as Fresh Steps estate agency) we have now been working with property for over 14 years.

Our Primary Goals

-              To Provide an exceptional service to our tenants. We endeavour to have simple processes that best helps us to look after our tenants needs which helps us achieve over and beyond what they expect from a property management company.

-              To have a full efficient management without compromising on quality of goods or service.

-              To combine the above to within a system that is transparent and runs exceptionally well

What business are we in?

-              Letting properties at the best possible return for the longest possible period with the best tenants by meeting the expectations of our tenants

-              Managing our properties in a professional manner to the satisfaction of our tenants and our Landlords

-              Ultimately the above to result in us helping people live comfortably in their rented accommodation

The app includes an overview of your tenancy with Find Your Place with a dashboard where you can view; your rent and statements, report your repairs and see the progress of completion, paperwork, general tenancy questions and contact the office for all your needs."
