After buying my new thermostat, the set up using this app was simple and stress free…….but little did I know that selecting the sign in option with my Apple ID, would render the app useless. Something to do with location settings on my phone now make it impossible to update my login settings or access my thermostat through the app. Why bother buying a “smart” thermostat when the sub par app means that its just a regular thermostat stuck to your wall with no remote connectivity. Such a waste of time with what is probably a great product……just poor software development

This app does not work. It does not update often enough. After the last update it tells me I have no devices connected. No good to me
