Turns out my Fitbit was 6 inches away and fully charged and synched to my phone … and this app couldn’t locate it!! Scam

Was glad to pay a one time fee to find my Fitbit. Except my Fitbit type was not among choices of Fitbits to find. App dead ended at that point, gave me no other options to continue. Waste of $3.99. Not happy.

Sort of worked was telling me to look in certain spot but it was 10m away in different room and when actually found it it was still looking for it.

We paid for this to find our Charge 5, and the latest option listed for this model is 3.  Save your money and use the free app. At least it’s up to date.
