I searched all over my home for 3 days straight. I checked the coat several times but missed the hidden pocket. I googled for help and tried other apps that did not work well. This app clearly indicated that the Fitbit was in my coat when I moved close to the coat stand. I moved the coat away from the coat stand and the app clearly indicated that the Fitbit was in the coat. When I turned it inside out, I found the hidden pocket with the Fitbit inside! My only difficulty with the app was that it did not mention Charge 6 as an option. I chose Charge HR and it automatically recognized Charge 6. It used to get close, but today it couldn’t find the Fitbit at all. I found it myself without the app. Then Iaid the Fitbit beside my iPhone and then by my iPad. I choose my Fitbit I was looking for (Fitbit 5) it kept almost finding it but then ads would pop up. So then I purchased no ads for 3.99. It actually downloads a whole new app. This app doesn’t have charge 5 as an option. Also after you download it asks if your phone is paired to your watch. If so it says don’t unpair it because it will make it harder to find. It tells you to go buy the app on a different device to look for your device. Another scam. The Apple people should be embarrassed to have this in our App Store. I even emailed the developers to ask about my issues but heard nothing back. Notice popped up saying it might not work and to use app on another device. What “other” device? My “spare” iphone? App dead ended at that point, gave me no other options to continue. Waste of $3.99.
