For the last few weeks, my app hasn’t loaded. It’s difficult to see when the bus is coming… primarily because, the app doesn’t load. It just stays at the load up screen with the Greenlink sign showing.

In town for the first time, love the idea but the QR code in your guide isn’t helpful for the trolley and the app is not working, it just flashes.

They did a recent update to the entire format and now nothing works. Half the time the app doesn’t load properly and just crashes, I have an iPhone 11. When the app does manage to load the stops come up with errors saying no available route time. It’s a mess of an app and who ever thought it was good idea should be fired.

Often fails to accurately show the bus location. Diverts most of the work to Google maps. The Greenlink app itself really only shows you the predetermined routes for each of the buses, and possibly how much the bus costs if you hunt hard enough. The major convenience is being able to use your phone as a bus pass. Short of that functionally, save the space on your phone and cross your fingers with a Maps application.

It is nice to have all of the bus routes and times in one place, but the app often will not let you scrolle when you are trying to examine the bus routes which limits the apps functionality.
