Designed to fit every lifestyle, the Finding Center App is a psychologist created mental health app focused on Intuitive Eating support. The Finding Center App offers a variety of personalized options. All courses are designed with you in mind. Each course pairs Intuitive Eating Principles with another aspect of your lifestyle- whether that be body image, relationship, parenting, or a history of bariatric surgery. I really 🥰 this app! If you need to FIND CENTER then this is for you. Dr. Smith has great content. I’m looking forward to everything she has to offer. I’m going to use this all year to keep on track.
