I just paid for one month package and till this time I can’t access your services, I can’t send messages or receive… I paid $29

I downloaded this ap as it looked interesting, soon to learn it doesn't tell you crap without a subscription so I pay for a 30 day subscription and it still doesn't work.  The subscription has not updated the ap.  It keeps tell me upgrade and when I try it says you have already upgraded.  I want my money back, I can't use the ap.  HELP!
