I sent many mails to customer service but they are not answering

J’ai acheté un mois d’abonnement 
Mais rien fonctionne mon argent est partie 
L’application me dit que je doit payer une mise à jour 
Après vérification sur le site Apple je desinstalle l’app et le réinstalle 
La je ne suis même plus capable de me brancher 
J’ai écris un mail au service de l’application 18 heure plus tard toujours pas de réponse 
🙁🤬
Je veut me faire rembourser 
Mais sa aussi sa n’a pas l’air de fonctionné

I got a response from a girl on this app and learned I need to pay a membership fee to message this girl back. This make it hard to respond to a girl you want to meet and the picture for my profile is off when uploaded. This app is a messed it freezes and reboot on it own. So don’t used this app for dating it’s nothing but trouble for you.
