Took about an hour carefully scanning my office but I eventually found my Pencil lodged inside a white seat cushion, rendering it almost invisible. Unlike the first free app I tried which just identified a long list of devices by their BLE numbers, this one showed my Apple Pencil by name and distance. Brilliant. Could not locate any thing after an hour of searching. When I got home, I tested it with my Bluetooth speaker.
