It asks for an account number , which obviously I don’t have, as I haven’t opened an account yet, so it won’t accept any username of password either. How do I find out my account number, without having opened an account?? There is no way of contacting this company, as no details/address/contact number/email/help/contact us etc on the instruction leaflet. I only know it’s Chinese. So now I’m left with a tag, which has scanned and linked itself to all my Bluetooth devices, but I have no way of opening the app up to use it. So the company can track me, but I can’t use my own tracker. After a three week wait to receive the product, the specifications says that is a low power Bluetooth tracker. I am unable to register the product through the app and the product is totally useless. I contacted “customer support” for a refund, and you have to pay the shipping costs (which is half the cost of the product) back to Hong Kong, plus a 15% “handling” fee. BUYER BEWARE, THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK, AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE APP STORE. ### 1/5 — Account number ? *2026-03-12, version 1.1.11* Asking me for an account number to log in when create an account…Where the hell is that.
