Findy does not work in most of the US, and by next year not at all in the US.  It requires a 2G cellular connection that is virtually non-existent in the US already, and those that remain are scheduled to be turned off by early 2020 (by Findy's own admission).  Additionally, Findy support is non-existent.  They'll talk you in circles until you give up and go away, but they have no actual desire to fix anything.  When I received my Findy, the subscription that I pre-paid for was already expired.  Findy refused to make it right.  They did give me 30-Days free for troubleshooting purposes, and that's when I learned about the 2G limitation.  Findy devices require 2G cellular service to work, and that's just nonsense.  You don't build a product in 2019 that requires a service that US carriers started shutting down in 2016.  But that is what Findy has done.  I hope that you read this before you've wasted money on their hardware because they've shown no indication that I'll be getting my money back.  Just excuses.  Endless excuses.
