The service is great the software really should be updated. Like begging you for an update cuz it’s not user friendly and very annoying. If you click to use the points it takes it away and it won’t show I have them anymore. As bad as the app is the actual stores are far worse. Trying to become a member is as hard as splitting the atom I guess. I tried to sign up online the stupid screen won’t scroll on that page for some reason and when I finally managed to mess around with it enough for it to work it still comes up saying I have to fill in all the fields when I’ve done that. Then I go download the app to try it out and I go to sign up fill out all the info. THERE ISNT EVEN A BUTTON TO CLICK SIGN UP. If i spend 160 dollars how many points do i earn as a platinum member? This is point system changed and now it makes no sense. I hate the fact that you can’t use compassionate care and use the points you earned defeating the purpose of having compassion for people that are lower income with such high prices. We were all promised before rec came along price and products wouldn’t change it was a complete lie everything changed prices went up and now almost unaffordable and product quality and quantity went down to the lowest it can get so sad when the medical patients are the ones that have been here from day one and we’re just cast away to the side. Shame on CT for letting this happen complete embarrassment. **Developer response:** Hi Emily. Great questions! In the platinum tier, you receive 2 points for every dollar spent, which is double what the old program offered. We realized why no retailers allow people to use coupons and rewards at the same time. We want to be able to keep our doors open to ensure all of our fam can have access to our products. That said, you still get your 15% off every day, and can use your rewards on smaller purchases to maximize the return. If you use a $50 off reward on a $60 purchases, you're saving 83%, or over 5x your every day discount. We truly wish that the producers didn't raise their prices, but unfortunately, they did. Our prices are super low in MA because the wholesale costs are also low, and we're praying the market in CT changes soon, as we believe our products should be as affordable as possible! ### 1/5 — The new app is horrible *2024-04-11, version 2.0.951* Unable to finish signing up for new app. After verification, app freezes and does allow me to scroll down.
