Louise of Fine Travel came to our rescue, cobbling together an itinerary that coincided, more or less, with what we’d planned. In total 11 days from Queenstown to Christchurch with everything in between. We’ve had some brilliant hotels, some super guides who truly wanted us to love their neck of the woods as they did, plus we’ve seen another side of Kiwi life. A great experience with lots of shared memories. We did everything we wanted to do and more. We loved that we drove ourselves around and could stop where we wanted. We also loved how the app gave us time frames and ideas for activities along the way. The only problem was our second hire car didn’t have apple CarPlay and it wasn’t as up to date for the GPS, so we were sent in the wrong direction a few times, one of which nearly made us miss a scheduled activity. This part was not ideal and we recommend researching the vehicles used for future customers.
