La trovo confusionale e poco chiara, a cominciare dai movimenti che vengono registrati con ritardo, mi è capitato di ricaricare la prepagata abbinata al conto ed ha effettuato due volte il movimento ricaricando il doppio, ovviamente se volessi fare l’operazione e riversare l’importo in più sul conto mi costerebbe 1,95 euro di commissioni, assurdo. Lo stipendio mi risulta accreditato come pensione, ammetto che mi piacerebbe molto ma ho ancora tanti anni avanti , sperando di arrivarci Poi non capisco perché abbiano queste limitazioni sulle notifiche push, qualsiasi altra app bancaria ti permette di scegliere il tipo di notifiche che vuoi ricevere in base al movimento da tenere sotto controllo, Fineco no, a loro detta ti inviano sms gratuiti solo per i movimenti sospetti mentre per gli altri, tipo bonifici in entrata, addebito utenze, accredito stipendio, devi attivare il servizio sms che ovviamente il gestore telefonico fa pagare. Insomma, sono passato a Fineco perché ne parlavano bene ma a distanza di 15 giorni quasi quasi me ne sto pentendo. ### 2/5 — Accessing my account *2024-03-04, version 4.24.0* Your message system sent to mobile device doesn’t work, causing problem for me operationally. ### 4/5 — app ottima, schermata iniziale animata assolutamente NO *2023-07-16* Premetto che uso solo l’home banking e non il trading. App ottima e funzionale, a parte il particolare che il saldo disponibile sulla carta ricaricabile viene aggiornato nella visualizzazione con l’app con molto ritardo dopo l’effettuazione di un pagamento, mentre l’sms informativo dopo la ricarica riporta il saldo netto aggiornato in tempo reale, per cui si visualizzano due saldi differenti tra app e sms post ricarica. NON MI PIACE ASSOLUTAMENTE PERCHÈ LA RITENGO FUORI LUOGO la nuova schermata di avvio, col mare fluttuante tipo new age o giochino per relax. L’app di una banca deve comunicare sicurezza, affidabilità, e sobria efficienza, e il mare fluttuante che pretende di rendere una sensazione ammiccante e rasserenante in realtà lo associo agli abissi sconfinati e ai pirati incombenti… cosa che in effetti è molto affine alla finanza e a certe banche. L’animazione inoltre mi dà la sensazione di un’app aperta che riceve il video dal “cloud in remoto” tipo salvaschermo microsoft, cosa che non conforta il mio senso di sicurezza quando avvio l’app. NON SO SE SI È CAPITO CHE L’ANIMAZIONE NON MI PIACE… ### 3/5 — Not receiving text messages *2023-06-19, version 4.19.1* I order to carry out any function like transferring funds, I need to enter a code sent to my phone via text message . It wasn’t possible to use my password keeper app. Copy/pasting of user Id / password / pin wasn’t available either. Tutte le altre app nel mio telefono funzionano normalmente. ### 1/5 — Fraud - be careful with Fineco *2022-06-20, version 4.14.1* They impose secret charges on your account, without any warning and without justification. There’s no statement, there’s no transaction history, there’s no transparency, there’s no way to see how your balance changed over time. You only see your current balance. Nothing else. When they secretly impose unjustified fees on your account, they make your balance negative and then they start sending you threatening messages. Stay away from this scam. ### 1/5 — Blocked me from doing anything with my account. *2022-02-17, version 4.13.0* Doesn’t work. Can’t set up a mobile code because there is always a strange error. ### 1/5 — Withdrew money and have been waiting for over two months to receive *2021-12-12, version 4.12.1* I was forced to close my account due to my work only allowing a specific list of brokers. I’m still in non-receipt of the money more than 2 months after closing my account. It’s definitely worth paying slightly more fees for a broker that actually provides a customer service that doesn’t take the piss. I could not stress this enough - you get what you pay for. ### 1/5 — Poor authentication *2021-12-01, version 4.12.0* The password has a hard limit of 8 characters. How this is thing amazes me and doesn’t fill me with trust for the other services. When trying to login in the app, you can’t use your password manager or even copy and paste your user id into the field. I would never trust this bank again.
