Download app decided it wasn’t for me and asked for a cancellation and they didn’t because I didn’t reply with why I wanted to and charged me $30 then another $50 and will not refund me whatsoever and say it’s my fault because I didn’t reply. I will never recommend this site to anyone. Avoid at all cost ### 1/5 — Not worth it if you’re younger than 50 *2026-09-06, version 1.5.0* As a tech savvy man in his 30’s I can confidently tell you this was made for older generations that don’t know much about computers/apps/digital programs. The lessons are extremely basic but thankfully you can pick apart the various courses so throughout the 3 month subscription I had I watched as many videos as I could but would lose interest quickly since they mostly covered fundamental information. They teach you how to use any of the AI’s out there but you only have access to Chat & Gemini to work with through their subscription and it’s not even the full version of those AI’s anyway. There’s no opportunities/leads for any jobs through their program even if you completed the course. Worst of all their cancellation process is through email. There’s a button for cancellation on the app but it says to use the website when you click it . I use the website and it creates an email to send. Instead of immediately cancelling, they take their time and ask why just so I can go past my subscription date and get charged. Unreal how these new tech companies think they can screw over consumers and we won’t do anything about it. It’s way over priced for something that AI is running completely with little human supervision. ### 1/5 — Scam!!! *2026-09-05, version 1.5.0* DO NOT Download! 😡😡😡😡 It will create a recurring withdrawal for more than your subscription! Good thing my bank card blocked it! I signed up for a week and cancel it via Apple but it kept trying to charge more than the amount agreed multiple times. ### 1/5 — Scammers Alert ‼️ *2026-09-01, version 1.5.0* Please stay away from this app. These guys are scammers. The moment you purchase this app you can’t ask for refund within 14 days which is a UK consumer right. Support is terrible, you will get an automated reply that user email inbox is full and can’t take anymore emails. I had to contact my bank to get my refund. They claim that we need to send email to their support team but when you ask for refund the support team will stop replying. Please please don’t purchase this app at any cost. ### 1/5 — Learned bout your scam *2026-09-01, version 1.5.0* The overlay and working into my social media accounts the hell? That’s my privacy and my accounts. You don’t take over my platform to place it on my phone and then try and get rich off of me with your scam. This is your 4th scam I’ve caught. Paper and pen notes called Journaling! Bruh find a better hobby! ### 1/5 — Lying Scammers *2026-08-31, version 1.5.0* i would have given zero starts if I had the option to. I did the trial and then sent an email to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. I never heard from them and then they charged me twice! In a day. For $40 and for $50. Then they tell me I cannot get a refund but I can joe have access to their app at no extra charge for life. Hilarious. I want my money back. I requested a cancellation. Customer service is just plain rude and all they do is copy and paste. I do not recommend them and I will write a review on every single platform I can find. Look at so many of the reviews on here about them stealing money! This company has a documented history of unauthorized charges, double billing, and charging customers after cancellation. Cancellation process itself is misleading if not impossible. BBB records multiple unresolved complaints, and independent reviews confirm repeated cases of double charges and refused refunds. This company lacks transparency, ethics and integrity. Which feels like a scam operation disguised as a subscription service. Finestro is rated high‑risk by Scam Detector and flagged unsafe by Gridinsoft. I strongly advise others to stay away until the company fixes its billing practices and provides real customer support. Completely unacceptable experience. ### 1/5 — Don’t download *2026-08-22, version 1.5.0* I accidentally downloaded the app. I deleted it immediately and I was charged $49.99. Never used it or even knew what the app was for. They won’t refund my money. Please make sure it’s what you need before you download. ### 1/5 — Trying *2026-08-22, version 1.5.0* The app doesn’t remember the password if you login on the weekend and you can’t get in you have to wait until Monday ! I don’t have anything good to say about this app the first day I bought it I had to wait until Monday now I’ve had it a month I set up a living it’s Friday night I go to get in guess what they don’t know my password my login email and password are memorized in my phone I’m using stored email and password but it won’t let me in ! I know it will take some work regardless, but it’s interesting to think about where this could lead! I’m hoping to see these bite-sized building blocks become more immersive and effective as I go along-but for right now-the app seems to have an inviting, realistic approach for how to progress confidently without being overwhelming or intimidating, but there’s still a long road ahead. All in all, the platform seems to be informative and easy to understand. We’ll see what that’s like going forward! Hopefully this review was helpful.
