Nothing I do seems to fix it. Update: it is also crashing every time I try to slide the bar to select the trill notes. A year or so ago after an IOS upgrade the expanded version I purchased disappeared and I only could use the basic one. I complained through the App store but this was not resolved. Now if I click on the app it appears for a fraction of a second and disappears. But in the following year suddenly I was denied access to the Pro version, with only the basic version working with the "gain access" button to the Pro version via which I would have to buy the Pro version a second time.
