## What is FingerFree?

FingerFree helps you pause when you feel the urge to bite your nails, chew your cuticles, or pick your skin.

Tap I FEEL IT when you notice an urge. Follow a short guided breathing exercise, then record what happened. Each check-in helps you keep track of your habits and your progress.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Notice the urge to pick or bite skin or nails and tap I FEEL IT.
2. Follow a guided breathing exercise.
3. Log the outcome and continue with your day.

QUICK SETUP

Choose the habits you struggle with, their current severity, and the times when urges tend to happen. You can select multiple habits and update your preferences in Settings.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED

Access to FingerFree’s habit tools requires a paid membership. Choose a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

New memberships do not include a free trial. All three options unlock the same paid features.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase confirmation. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring membership charge. Purchasing Lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.

Prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
