I feel like I was overcharged and was not given a clear explanation of the charges. I expected better customer service and transparency, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I understand that businesses have policies and fees, but customers should be made fully aware of what they are being charged for before agreeing to anything. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I paid way more than I should have, and that really changed my opinion of the business. Also helps with your credit which is nice as well. When calling and talking to the representative they are polite and helpful.
