No problems making my payments as well. Now this is useless now. Fingerhut is not being forthcoming about the future of Fingerhut. I feel like I was overcharged and was not given a clear explanation of the charges. I expected better customer service and transparency, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I understand that businesses have policies and fees, but customers should be made fully aware of what they are being charged for before agreeing to anything. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I paid way more than I should have, and that really changed my opinion of the business. Everything screwed up trying to call the number that was on the outside of the app. If you need to contact them well it’s naturally it’s not a real person. I can’t get into the app to pay. everything is screwed up well they want the 10 digit customer number. I can’t access it . I keep getting an error message after it’s done buffering right when I open the app. I like Fingerhut cause it has so many different things that you can get payment arrangements on to pay. Also helps with your credit which is nice as well. When calling and talking to the representative they are polite and helpful.
