I would give this zero stars if I could. I have been using the web site for well over 20 years, from back when it was Fingertip Formulary. I continued to use it even after it changed to DRG and became much less user-friendly. This app is absolutely garbage. I will have to find a different solution. It’s very sad when this is so much worse than trying to find the applicable formulary on the insurance carriers websites.

The app lacks most of the information that made the desktop version so wonderful. Being able to access the PDLs, PA forms, formularies, etc was wonderful. I can't do any of that with the app as far as I can tell. The app is good for a very generic overview of coverage but it isn't nearly as useful.

The app is clunky at best. The website was a better experience compared to the app.  For a new user it is extremely confusing, there is no way to look up definitions of acronyms - what is QL? Additionally, after trying to look up multiple drugs on a formulary - the app stops working properly.

This is much less user friendly and more time intensive compared to the website version. Not having access to the PDF version of formularies is a major loss. Thank you for the good run, Formulary fingertip. You’d made my job a little easier these past years. Guess it’s back to CTRL-F’ing google for individual formularies. Good luck everyone!

Everytime I have to search for a new drug I have to close out the app and start over. Half my team can’t get access to the app because their credentials are not recognized. Many insurance formularies will use generic names for drugs that are still brand only and this app does not account for that, telling me it’s not covered when it is. There are drugs missing from the drop down list. There are drug classes missing from the drop down list. Without the website we have lost access to the hyperlinked PDF files meaning if there is a mail order stipulation or capsules versus tablets issue, I can no longer resolve that for my patients. Everytime I use the app I have to submit a bug report to the company. This is getting ridiculous and directly impacting my patient’s care on a daily basis.

This as a terrible decision to move away from a website. The app is no where near as extensive or user friendly. No longer shows tier status like the web version did. Limits to only 2 drugs to search at a time (terrible when trying to explore if Mounjaro, ozempic or trulicity is preferred). Overly cumbersome and clunky to ever get to any decision about even a single med. We used the website daily in our clinic. Phones are discouraged for use and not allowed at all for staff, so for many reasons it’s just really really unfortunate that the decision was made to move to app only. You’ve lost us as supporters even though we were long time fans.
