## What is Fingertips by Touchstone?

Fingertips is the official mobile companion to Touchstone Partners' practice management platform, built for the firm's lawyers and staff to run their day from anywhere.

  • Time tracking — log billable and non-billable hours against any matter in seconds, and review your week.
  • Tasks — see what's assigned to you, track due dates, and mark work complete.

  • Conflict checks — raise and review conflict checks and matter conflicts.
  • Approvals — review and action pending approvals and leave requests.

NAVIGATION
• Redesigned bottom bar: Home, CRM, Timesheets, Conflict Check and More.
  Tasks and Approvals have moved into the side menu.
• The side menu now mirrors the web app and adds Billing & Invoices,
  Finance Management and Document Management.
• Screens opened from the side menu now have a working back button.
• The notifications bell is reachable from anywhere in the app.

CALENDAR
• New month view with per-day indicators and an agenda for the selected
  day, replacing the old 14-day list.
• Double-tap any day to log time against that date.
• Meeting invites now show a tappable "Join meeting" link, with cleaner
  location and description text.

TIMESHEETS
• Switch between List and Calendar views.
• The month grid shows your entries day by day — tap a day to add time
  for that date.
• Search your entries by matter, client, note or lawyer.

DASHBOARD
• The Own / Firmwide toggle now scopes correctly: Own shows your own
  utilisation instead of the whole firm's.

DESIGN & FIXES
• Refreshed side menu styling to match the web app.
• Layout fixes so content clears the notch and home indicator.
