Today I wrote my heartfelt story to be able to share- and I really liked it- went to save it and a message came up that it couldn’t be saved and it was deleted. I was crushed. Used to be good *2018-08-24, version 4.5* This app used to make it easy to fundraise for my Bike MS ride every year. Now, in 2018, it: - is sluggish - shows less information - makes it hard to send thank-you emails to donors - seems to hide anonymous donors completely (making it impossible to email them from the app) - logs me out and forgets my username/password with no Touch ID All this severely diminishes the usefulness of what used to be a great app. ### 1/5 — Poor User Support from Developer *2018-04-08, version 4.4* I have contacted the App developer and asked for help, last year and again in 2018, with the headline on the personal page.
