## What is Finishwell?

Finishwell builds the handover pack while the job is still on. By the time you hand over the keys, your client gets a proper Home Manual with your logo on the front: every certificate, every warranty, where the stopcock is, and what needs looking after.

A CHECKLIST FOR THE JOB
Pick the type of work (extension, loft, kitchen, bathroom, refurb, new build or your own) and Finishwell sets up the handover checklist: certificates, warranties, finishes, appliances, maintenance and contacts. See at a glance what's still missing.

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
- Certificates: number, who issued it and the PDF
- Warranties: who it's with, the reference, and when it runs out
- Paint colours, tiles and flooring, so repairs can be matched
- Appliances and products: make, model, serial number and the manual
- Who to call: you and your trades, with call and text buttons

PHOTOS THAT MATTER LATER
Photograph pipes and cables before they're boarded over, with the room, wall and height. Add a photo of the stopcock, meters, fuse box and boiler. The date and time can show in the corner of every photo.

A HOME MANUAL WITH YOUR LOGO
One tap makes the PDF: a cover with your logo and details, contents, photos, a warranties table and a 12-month maintenance calendar, with every certificate and manual attached at the back. Text it or email it to your client. Big job? Send one section at a time.

SIGNED OFF ON THE SPOT
The client ticks off keys and walk-round, signs with a finger and prints their name. The signature goes in the manual, and any section can be signed on its own.

REMINDERS IN THEIR CALENDAR
Boiler service, gutters, smoke alarms and sealant: send the maintenance calendar to your client and it goes straight into their phone with an alert a week before each job. Add it to your own calendar too, ready to book the next service.

YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE
No account and no subscription. Your first job is free, then a one-off payment unlocks unlimited jobs. Everything stays on your phone. Back it all up to one file and restore it on a new phone.e
