A guided setup takes about five minutes, once. Your first import even brings back the recent weeks your iPhone still remembers. After that, the record fills in on its own every day. The numbers are your iPhone's own: the same per-app hours it already counts. No special permissions, no background tracking. A day without data stays blank. finit doesn't guess.

Your screen time is nobody's business but yours. It lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own iCloud. No ads, no ad tracking. Your data is never sold, and the only sign-in is for friends. finit has nothing to gain from keeping you on your phone.
