I cannot reset my password (link to reset is a black hole and nothing happens). Made new account with totally different email address and asked business to link my account to this new one. I open the app and try to hit “link” and again, nothing happens! I get a million reminder emails from the site about paying my bills and zero support. I’ve had to manually connect my bank account to save transaction fees no less than 10 times. Why doesn’t it save? Because I cannot login to my account.
