They use BNY Mellon as the custodian so you get an account with them when you create an account. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Flaky app.. not where you deposit money *2026-02-21* I found the app easy to use, but it has had the blue screen of death for the last 3 days at least. Now you realize there is no way to contact customer support if app is frozen. There is no phone number, website to call. Your money is now hostage and you should question if you invested in a Nigerian prince scam. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the frustration you’ve experienced. We recently identified a system glitch that caused the blue screen issue and a fix is already included in our upcoming release. In the meantime, deleting and reinstalling the app, then logging back into your account, should fully resolve the problem. Please know that your funds are secure. Our team is available and ready to help. ### 1/5 — Un-Authorized Login *2025-10-11, version 3.4.0* As soon as I linked my Robinhood account with Finvest app. My account start to show it is opened on a device in Netherlands. Apple need to look into this Finvest app. ### 1/5 — Finvest is holding my money hostage *2025-03-26, version 2.2* I’m currently unable to withdraw any money from my account on this platform. It gives me an error. I’ve contacted Finvest support but they have not responded yet. You can connect all your accounts in one place and actually see your full net worth without jumping between apps (I used to keep a spreadsheet) What I like the most is how simple it is. It breaks everything down and gives you insights on where you can improve without feeling overwhelming. It reminds me of the old Mint app but more modern and way more user friendly.
