Ich kann Finn nicht weiterempfehlen! Die Kosten die neben der monatliche Rate/Miete sind so schon sehr hoch (1500 Euro bereitstellungskosten, 750 Euro Kaution in meinem Fall! Darüber war ich mir bewusst da war Finn transparent. Was nicht transparent war war die Endabrechnung. Es ist völlig in Ordnung dass 3 Kratzer gefunden wurden das passiert. Aber dass diese 3 Kratzer dann 10% des Neuwagenpreises ausmachten fand ich dann doch sehr heftig. In meinem Fall waren es mit og kosten eine Summe von über 5500 Euro im Jahr. Sollte man einfach vorher bedenken! Sonst war ich mit Finn zufrieden

Leider hat bei unserem Abo noch nichts ohne Probleme funktioniert. Jetzt warten wir seit 2 Stunden über der angekündigten Zeit, dass das Auto geliefert wird. Für zusätzliche 300
EUR soll die Lieferung sein. Keine Nachricht und die Funktion, dass der Fahrer zurückrufen soll zeigt auch nur einen Fehler. Im Chat oder am Telefon hängt man in einer Endlos Schleife. So kann man doch kein Business führen. Jede Menge Geld für die Werbung im Fernsehen ausgeben, aber keiner da für den Service. Keine Ahnung was der Fahrer mit dem Auto gerade macht. Das ist echt lächerlich. Einen Stern nicht wert und fragt mich bloß nicht wieder, ob ich Finn empfehlen würde. Da muss jetzt ganz schnell viele positive Sachen passieren, damit
ich überhaupt darüber nachdenke. Und die 300
EUR für die Lieferung schon gar nicht!!

Die App hat (fast) alles, was ich mir für den gewohnt guten Service von Finn wünsche. Cool wäre es, wenn sich die Filterung in der App speichern ließe. Das würde vielleicht auch für Finn interessant sein, um Präferenzen für Folge-Abos absehen zu können.

Immer wenn man in der App von einem ausgewählten Auto zurück ins Menü geht, muss man die eingegeben Filter erneut eingeben! Das nervt ! Bitte Fixen

Die Buchung verlief völlig entspannt, wie online shoppen, und das Lieferdatum wurde auch eingehalten. Während der Abozeit gab es 2 Werkstatttermine, diese verliefen auch problemlos.
Bei der Rückgabe habe ich mich für eine Selbstrückgabe entschieden - alles top.

Einen Tag vor Liefertermin wird um eine Woche geschoben. Als ob man nichts anderes vorhätte zwischen 13 und 17 Uhr. Sehr ärgerlich. Bin gespannt, ob sich die Erfahrung ab hier verbessert.

Edit: selbes Spiel beim zweiten Liefertermin. Wieder eine Woche geschoben. Di Abend Info, Do war Lieferung terminiert. Chatbot sagt mir, ich habe das Auto vor 4 Monaten erhalten und nennt ein Datum in der Zukunft als Auslieferungstermin 😂

### 3/5 — Cooles Konzept, aber Upselling nimmt überhand :(

Ich habe ab nächste Woche schon mein zweites Folgeabo und bin grds. sehr zufrieden. Was mir stark auffällt ist dass jedes Jahr mehr Optionen zubuchbar sind die vorher inklusive waren. So kann mit einer günstigen Einstiegsrate geworben werden, die sich schnell erhöht und doch nicht mehr so attraktiv erscheint. FINN sollte es nicht übertreiben und weiter konkurrenzfähig bleiben. Die App wirkt schnell überfordert und stürzt häufig ab. (iphone 11 pro) Auch wurden meine Übergabetermin schon mehrfach verschoben, dass entspricht meine Auffassung nach keinem All in one Paket, wenn ich meinem Arbeitgeber alle paar Tage einen neuen Urlaubstag nenne um die Übergabe zu planen.
