All the pages are stuck with waivers, if the waivers are not signed, making the app unable to do anything **Developer response:** It's true, the FinnlyConnect app requires waivers to be signed before proceeding forward to most items - this is for the safety and security of our clients. If you are unable to get passed the waivers, please reach out to feedback@finnlysport.com with the following information: your full name, the email address used to login to FinnlyConnect, and the location you are logging into. We look forward to resolving this! ### 1/5 — Not Easy to Use *2026-08-25* Way too much PITA for what it does. Facility code, TFA and then I can log in? Simplify! **Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback! We value security at FinnlySport and decided the cleanest process would be to 1. connect you to the right location, which is the facility code. 2. verify email address, which is the two-factor. And 3. allow for login. Steps 1 and 2 are one-time requirements to ensure you're connected properly going forward. What’s the point of the punch pass! And no one to call for help. **Developer response:** I am sorry to hear that. This is a functionality of our platform.
