The feature I use most is automatic transation recording from my credit card via Apple Pay. However, it doesn’t work properly, sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t. It has a friendly user interface, easy to log expenses and incomes, and while I didn’t see the benefit of some of the pro features, I can understand why some would. Recently, after one of their updates, they wiped every single expense/income log over the last 6 months, as well as my user name and profile picture. This was incredibly Frustrating, and they lost a user for life through this. On top of this, it’s extremely frustrating that there is no customer service email or phone number, leaving me directionless on where to get help, besides this review. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for sharing this and I am really sorry for the scare and frustration this caused. Your data was not permanently deleted. A recent update introduced an issue where existing local data could temporarily appear missing. This has been fixed in version 1.7. If you reopen the app on the same device, your past entries, profile and history should still be there, as long as the app was not uninstalled.
