Erst gab es intern eine Migration von einem Konto zum anderen und nun funktioniert für beide das Einlesen bei Datev nicht. Die Schnittstelle synchronisiert, aber leider nicht alle Transaktionen. Es fehlen etliche über 2-4 Wochen und danach und davor gibt es Transaktionen. Erklärt das mal dem Finanzamt. Glücklicherweise ist es mir aufgefallen, da soviele Belege keiner Bankbuchung in Datev zugeordnet waren. Meine Anfrage beim Support wurde damit beantwortet, dass ich die Verbindung nochmal neu anlegen soll (was dazu führt alle Belege wieder neu zuzusortieren) und sie das nicht auf ihrer Seite lösen können. Einen Chargeback einzureichen, wird momentan von der Benutzeroberfläche nicht unterstützt. Das gestellte Support Ticket blieb tagelang unbeantwortet. So sehr ich ich auch die Funktion mag, die Belege per Email weiterzuleiten und sie dann häufig richtig automatisch zusortiert werden, verbringe ich aber mit dem gleichen Vorgang nervige Zeit mehrmals durch deren interne Migration, dem führen von zwei Bankkonten (die Zuordnung der Belege wurde dann wieder gelöscht) und der nicht zuverlässigen Übertragung zu Datev und dem damit verbundenen Mehraufwand mit Steuerbüro und co. Die Schnittstellen können auch nicht mehr gelöscht werden, zumindest nicht über das Interface. Ihr seht euch mit sehr vielen Support Tickets enden. **Developer response:** Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ja, das Konto ist kostenpflichtig, aber der Cashback-Mechanismus ist so gut, dass es sich für mich mehr als auszahlt. Durch die täglichen Geschäftsausgaben sammelt sich schnell einiges an Cashback an, das die monatliche Gebühr problemlos deckt und am Ende sogar einen echten Mehrwert schafft.
