Feels like 3000 categories, so I took the time to eliminate most and rename a few. Back to the app to continue, but every last one reappeared in original form.  Darn shame bc I was poised to buy. Sadly, the aggravation factor overwhelms the positive.

This definitely shouldn't happen, and it may be related to a syncing or save issue that we’re currently investigating. Your feedback helps us identify and fix problems like this more quickly.

We've fixed an issue where customized categories could revert to the default list after being edited.
Now your changes to categories — including deleting or renaming them — will save correctly so you can manage your records more smoothly.

Good app but I wish there was a way to set a balance for different accounts (and have it different between credit, debit, investment)

Currently, the app supports creating multiple books/accounts, so you can separate and manage different types of financial records. However, distinguishing specific account types such as credit cards, debit cards, or investment accounts automatically is not available at the moment because the app does not connect directly to banking systems.
That said, you’re welcome to create different accounts manually and use them to manage your records separately. The feature is available to try, and you can explore it for free to see if it fits your needs.
