Rewards not showing. Does not pull up membership barcode. Basically worthless ### 2/5 — No points *2024-02-05* The scanner at the facility does not pick up the qr code to receive points. I tried scanning and it never works. Needs to be a better way to earn points. How about making the app not log you out every time you update it? It needs to be smaller for the barcode readers and they don’t seem to get it almost as if they never tested the app themselves. After leaving the wash I’d still go there to wash my car with the new license plate reader but it just kicks me out everytime I try to login and it has happened with so many others as well ### 1/5 — Waste of an app and loyalty program *2022-06-19, version 2.1.38.3* The app bar code never scans at a Fins car wash. The new license plate recognition that is supposed to supersede this doesn’t work. I try to enter my plate info and it kicks me to sign in (even though I’m signed in), once I sign in again it takes me to the main menu. When I got to do the license plate recognition it kicks me back to the sign in again.
