I have no idea why you’d want to use that bank. The app looks like an Excel spreadsheet, and whenever you ask the manager about their services, they always give some ridiculous kids level answer.

There used to be a very useful chart where you could see your balances month after month. It was very useful when setting up goals without having to manually enter the data and make the chart myself. Now it's gone, or if it's there, I can't find it. Why remove such useful feature?

Pro moji česko anglicky mluvící rodinu je Fio banka perfektní. V roce 2018 byla jedna z mála bank, která nabízela účet bez poplatků a možnosti v angličtině. App je jednoduchý, přehledný a dá se modifikovat podle vašich potřeb.

Never used worst bank application and bank settings. Searching through the transactions does not work correctly. All services need to be confirmed in person at the bank branch. There is no option to set up features directly in the app. No electronic signatures for documents. Very old fashioned app.

Klientem jsem asi od roku 2010, za tu dobu šly přes účet více než dvě Ráthovo krabice, díky mě, tři nový klienti z rodiny a teď, když jsem chtěl úvěr, stroze napsáno, mrzí nás to, ale nemůžeme schválit. No, upřímně mě to taky mrzí, že jsem zvolil banku, které nestojí za to ani zavolat nebo napsat. A tím psaním myslím osobu, ne umělou inteligenci.
