very slow, clunky, does not have a smooth flow or user interface, for example when logging in, the button to advance is hidden and i must scroll down. couldnt change my mailing address from the card ordering screen, had to go back and through settings.

If you have any problems, please contact us via the Fio service authorized communication (on the Dashboard on the top left) and we will look into it. To get started, we recommend you set up your home screen as you like - under the slider icon on the Dashboard on the top right, you can sort your accounts, add favourite features, colour-code widgets, etc. If you have any questions, we are at your disposal.

Digital banking services way ahead of other major SK competitors imo. I’ve never stepped a foot in a branch nor had to call them. Everything can be conveniently managed via the app. As it should. In 2024!

The UI is a bit on the ugly side, but the overall UX is intuitive and in line with many UK banks in my experience. Good stuff!

S Fio som uz viac ako 10 rokov a vzdy len mac spokojnost. Vyborne sluzby a hlavne ziadne nezmyselne poplatky. Vsetci moji znami si otvorili Fio ucet hned ako som im o banke a Fio ucte povedal.
