Only way to continue watching a show is to exit the software and restart. Locks up and shuts down often. NEVER BEEN CORRECTED . Worse now than ever. Claims comm problems every few minutes then crashes. ### 2/5 — Sucks *2026-02-04* Barely operational on any given day. Freezes. Channels I pay for and see on my tv don’t show up in app, then they do. Fioptics is so expensive per month and ever increasing and they can’t even throw together a simple apple so I can watch tv in my bedroom on my iPad? I don’t need a bunch of features- just actual functionality.
